DATA PRIVACY POLICY

Your data may be used by Firefly Photography, in order to advise you of products, services and special promotions. We may contact you by post, telephone, SMS text message or email.

GIFT VOUCHERS

The voucher is valid until the date shown. If no date is shown then the voucher is open ended.
A gift card may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer; it is not redeemable for cash or goods and may only be used as described.
Gift vouchers may not be used to purchase photographs from a previous studio session.
If the studio offers a complimentary image from your session, this will be a 10x8 or A4 print, and is worth £75.00.
Only one gift card may be used per family per year.
Dates and times available for your photography session may vary please call the studio for details of available sessions.
At the time of booking your session, you will be asked to pay a £30 booking deposit. This is fully refundable on the day of your viewing or can be put towards any additional images ordered.
In the event of cancellation, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice or the £30 deposit will be lost.
All studio sessions do involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

REFUNDS & RETRURNS

Due to the personalised nature of the product, all photographic goods purchased directly from Firefly Photography using the standard ordering process are exempt from the statutory right to cancellation within seven working days. Cancellations within 7 working days are eligible for a refund minus the reasonable production costs of the product.
Only gift vouchers purchased directly from the studio or firefly–photography.co.uk are eligible for a full refund. Vouchers purchased from a third party are not the responsibility of Firefly Photography.

STUDIO SESSIONS

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, including make over, studio shoot and viewing sessions.
Children under the age of 12 are not eligible to participate in the 'Make Over Experience', 'Modelling Experience' 'Make Over Party' sessions.
All make up applied and images taken will be age appropriate.
Boudoir sessions are not available to anyone under the age of 18.
Boudoir sessions may be shot by a male photographer; in this case a female member of staff will be present throughout the studio session.
